Warranty Transfer

Residential Home Solutions must be notified in writing or by filling out this form upon the sale of home by original purchaser to transfer the product warranty to the next homeowner. There is a $50 transfer fee. The fee can be paid by check or card. If paid by card, a 4% convenience fee will be applied.
