We are looking to hire a part-time employee to generate leads for our sales department through events. Candidates must be energetic, make a great first impression, and possess excellent communication skills. This individual must be highly motivated, a team player, and comfortable talking to people face to face.

 

As a member of our marketing team, your main focus will be to inform prospects of our available products and promotions, determine product interest, gather information, qualify prospects, and set appointments. Previous experience is desired but not required (we will train the right people).

 

 

General Requirements:

 

• Learn about our company and the services you will be promoting.

• Maintain a positive attitude.

• Maintain a weekly quota.

• Maintain excellent communication practices.

Responsibilities:

 

• Collect lead/contact information.

• Speak with prospective customers via home shows, trade shows, fairs, etc.

• Represent Residential Home Solutions in a positive manner.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

• Effective verbal communication skills.

• Effective customer service and time management skills.

• Strong work ethic and discipline.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Pay is minimum wage PLUS commission and bonuses. Base pay plus commission/bonus can have you making $15 to $30 an hour.
